Haha! Ermita used to be nice din diba? I was so shocked as a child when my Lola told me that she used to study there. I've come to associate Ermita as a red light district kasi. Hehehe.

according to those senior citizens i've talked to the old rich used to live in those areas. vito cruz, pedro gil and the like were where the rich used to live.

Natatang*han ako sa nagsabi na illegal yan. Sinabing illegal pero di niya nabanggit ang LEGAL BASIS niya. O illegal lang kasi hindi sila kinonsult? Mukhang nagkabayaran na.

I agree. They need to state why it is illegal. I think their jurisdiction only applies to the issuance of franchises and not on city roads. I'd like to see what their legal team comes out with. Besides, their issuance of too many franchises shows either that they are corrupt or inept. Ether way, whoever is sitting on top needs to be held responsible.

the double decker bus in metro manila has been tried already. twice. the first as a tourist appliance along roxas blvd, and the second as a city bus. both times, they died away..
