yup. legaspi park?
kaya lang, i just dont like my cars na nakabilad sa araw eh.... tapos maalikabok.
tsagaan ko pa din yung sa MCS, dahil aside sa ganung reason, isang ikot lang, skyway entry na ako which is very convenient for me.

may parking slot ako dito sa office, pero open..... pina assign ko lang sa isang manager ko dito.
i also need the exercise..... and may parking allowance naman ako na pasok pa din naman...

ang namamahalan ako sa Greenbelt 1.. inaabot ako ng 280-300 per day dun eh.

Mabilis mapuno yung Legaspi Carpark. 9am pa lang, puno na. I walk from Link Carpark to my office in Salcedo Street and I pass thru Legaspi Carpark from Greenbelt. It is just a 15-minute walk from Link Carpark to Salcedo. Yung Link Carpark, kahit 10am to 11am ka pumasok, marami pa rin slots kasi 5 levels of covered parking plus a roofdeck. Sa mga late pumapasok, mas mura sa Glorieta basement parking (40 for the first 4 hours plus 10 every hour after).

Link to Greenbelt Chapel, then along Legaspi Street, cut across Legaspi Carpark to Salcedo Street. Puwede rin Greenbelt to Gamboa street then Salcedo na.

Well, it is a few blocks and maybe over 1km. I am used to walking around Makati CBD and the distances don't seem to matter as you see a lot of people doing the same thing.

Passing thru Greenbelt makes the trip shorter at night, may aircon pa. Kung nagutom na pagdating sa Link, puwede na kumain ng dinner within the area para iwas traffic na din.

ang tinde ha, dapat may basis or batas tayo na transparent sa lahat kung baket tinataasan ang singil, or else subject to abuse siya...

8am napupuno na ang Legazpi Carpark. Its still p100 sa creekside mall but its not so safe. The Link and Solaris One are the better covered parking choices.

I also enjoy the walk at night haha.

lapit pa yan. i normally walk from MCS Parking to the office everyday. Around 900 - 1kms one way.
and i walk 10 kms every saturday as my exercise.

kalaban mo lang dyan is mainit, pero it can be negated by drinking water while walking.

tried parking at the RCBC Plaza today.
i think the rate is the same as the proposed increase by MCS. we'll see later.
nandun lang si misis ngayon on seminar and ayaw maglakad papuntang MCS.
and my walking distance from RCBC Plaza to my office in Legaspi is around 900 meters only.

I am forced to park at RCBC Plaza when I visit a client with my previous employer. Pahirapan sa morning kung mga 1-2 hours ka lang dun kasi most of the open slots are for valet parking. Oks lang kung whole day ka parking.

Marami BPO companies sa RCBC Plaza so lagi labas-pasok mga kotse for the whole 24 hours.
