Makati CBD parking

napakahirap mag park sa Enterprise.. sobrang lalim tapos pag rush hour ang haba nang pila..

Dati marami pang slot basta before 8:30 am. And only P130 for whole day parking. But that was almost 10 yrs ago. Pahirap ng pahirap talaga parking sa Makati.

A few people I know rent parking at residential condos. Last year, it was 4-5k per month for a year depending on the condo and location.

Hello po, question lang po,
Any idea magkano na po parking fee sa Creekside Mall, Makati.
May nakita po kasi ako na post dito na 100 flat rate daw po, eh kaso ngayon ko lang napansin na 2 years ago pa pala un. Di ko tuloy sure kung ganun pa din.

Kakapark ko lang kanina (around 6:30 am) and mga 4 pm ko pa sya mababalikan.

Hi. May nakapag-park na po ba sa Alphaland Southgate Mall? Open ba sya for public pay parking? DMCI po kasi sa Bangkal / Evangelista ang punta ko next week. Need ko po mag-park ng 8 am. Or sa Makati Cinema Square po kaya? Last choice ko po ang MOA. Thanks.

Legazpi Carpark is ok. Road level lang so no problem for lowered cars, but it fills up early and is open only till 10pm.

Try PBCom tower. But defo not lowered friendly.

Just use another car if you really need to be in Makati.

I compiled some parking rate info sa self made website ko. You can visit at Home - ParkWherePH however i think marami pang updates needed in makati CBD area so i'll check some post here constantly. Makakatulong any updated rates dito sa thread para madagdag ko sa website.

The malls are a good option too, but there's a big difference in the rate if you arrive before mall hours.

I can't remember the exact rate, but Glorietta for example is something like P40 or P45 for first 3 hours and P10 for each succeeding hour if you come in after 10am. If you park *before* the mall opens though it's a much more expensive, maybe P50 for the first 2-3 hours and P20 for each succeeding. If you need to come in early and stay the whole day it's worth going back to the mall for lunch just so you can take your car out and re-park.

I found The Link claustrophobic. I guess the individual slots might be slightly larger, but driving inside the structure was not fun.
