law is obsolete, only sealed beam & low lux halogens available that time. with this memo, upgrades in lighting technology/system were included.

Kaya nakakasilaw. I would agree, if the LED is use in lighting a room or any similar use, pero use it as a headlight in a vehicle, I definitely will disagree.

OEM LED headlights are NO DIFFERENT to Xenon HIDs. The light color is the same. The intensity is whatever intensity it is designed for. And as long as it is properly aimed, an LED projector will not leak light above its cutoff... just like an HID, making it less blinding to civilians. I've already driven several different models with LED headlights, and the light is actually gentler and more pleasant (above the cut-off) than the low-beams of many old school halogen-equipped cars.

AFTERMARKET LED foglights and floodlights without proper lensing and cutoff are blinding. But the same can be said of HID or even halogen foglights that are not properly aimed.

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

i don't know... i was of the opinion that, as a heat filter, tints in the parking lot are next to useless. also, its heat rejection property cuts both ways.. it also prevents heat already inside the car, from escaping.

Try to drive without tint under the sun. Sobrang init sa balat.
