    O.T ang nakakatakot yung mga burado at tadtad ng previous LTO year stickers. 0 na nagiging U, F na nagiging E, B na nagiging R. I na nagiging L etc.

    Maybe the NBI-xxx series are recycle from totally inactive/junked cars using the numbers. I remember seeing NGA-xxx series in early 80's.

    btw pano kaya if ung Old na NNN 999(sample) sabihin na nating nakahit and run and pano kung may bago na NNN 999 din edi sabit pati ung bago, if naspotan diba..

    of course hindi naman po iissue ng LTO ang alphanumeric combo kung may existing pa po na gumagamit nun. Unique combos lang po ang inilalabas ng LTO

    i mean na kunwari NFL 969 ung old tapos may lumabas ulit na NFL 969
    yan what if nakahit and run ung old tapos ang naspotan ung new diba parang hirap naman dami pa kelangan iconfirm etc..

    i noticed na its not exactly NBI XXX yung start ng mga new plates ngyn, specialy sa HONDA cars, napansin ko yung middle letter lng nila yung pinapalitan. example yung akin NJI XXX yung katabi ko sa casa NBI XXX(crv) yung isa pa NII XXX(city) tpos may NGI XXX (crv) cguro yung N and I letter represent honda car..pra easy to monitor ng mga TMG incase ng carnapping...hehehehe yun lng filing ko....correct me na lng guys...

    N and I are constant. Middle letter is the variable. I think LTO will do this until it exhausts all 26 letter of the alphabet. The process restarts again with another letter series, ie. "P".

    N Series in Metro Manila lang ata. Pero sa provincial LTO reg. yung existing pa rin, kasi di pa naman nauubos, like E in Bicol, Y in Cebu, L in Davao and others..
