Naiinis ako kasi yun lang sana ang government id ko tapos wala pa.

So far tinatanggap naman yung ID kong papel. Kahit sa banko. Kung may mag inarte, sinasabihan kong magpunta sa LTO at doon magreklamo, hehe. Yun.

Kaya di ako magpapagod pumila para makakuha lang ng plastic. Ganun din sa plaka, nabubura na nga yung pentel conduction numbers.

since asakin yung expired license card at yung papel de resibo ko ay valid na until 2019 or until ID type available, next year ko na kukunin, di naman ako nagmamadali. For sure mad rush sa pila ngayon.

the expired plastic licence card has no legal value. pampataba lang yan ng pitaka. heh heh.
the un-expired resibo has legal value.
you will wish you had gotten your new card earlier, when and if you come across an entity that demands your un-expired card.

Nagagamit ko pa naman ang pasong plastic license card pag pumapasok ako sa mga subdivisions as a visitor. So far di naman napapansin ng mga security guards na paso na sya (like they even care). Kung punahin man nila, mapapahiya lang sila. :p

accdg to ANC, the LTO said the cards were supposed to be realeased Jan 2017 but was released earlier "as a christmas gift" to .... anak ng! tayo pa ngayon me utang na loob sa kanila!

That's the point. Utang na loob pa pala natin na GUMAWA SILA NG PARAAN.
