December 20th, 2016 03:41 AM #21I got my card by paying Php 1,500 instead of waiting till today. Of course it was "fixed" by marking it as lost card.

I got mine yesterday, also in Guadalupe. But I waited 1.5 hours just to get the card (ang dami ding kumukuha ng license card doon).
Pasalamat nga tayo sa LTO (and maybe in part, DOTr) to release these cards earlier than the scheduled one. tapos reklamo pa rin kayo. come on!

Naiinis ako kasi yun lang sana ang government id ko tapos wala pa.
Isa pa. May mga tangang enforcer. Akala nila yung date na nakalagay sa resibo, yun ang expiration date. Sinasabi expired na ang license. E yun yung date kung kailan issued yung resibo
