Alam ko yung tungkol sa penalty. More than a month to 1 year ay 50% ng MVUC.

with notarized deed of sale and OR CR (and emissions test na rin para sigurado), go have your pc clearance.
then, after a few days, when you get your clearance, get the requisite tpl insurance, and proceed to the LTO where the car was first registered, and present all the documents. after some waiting (1 hour or so, maybe less, depending on the crowd and the computer's availability), you will be presented with your very own OR and CR, with your name on it.

bring xerox copies of the originals that you must also bring, just in case.

I inisisted my Toyota SA na follow up niya. Which is good para pag renew ko diretso na inspection at smoke emission.

Basta renew any branch pwede. Meron lang yata additional fee. Pag transfer of ownership, then same branch ng CR.

"lookit the previous year's OR, po.. it should be about the same.
add an additional 200 bucks (?) for "change venue", in case you are renewing registration at a center different from the old OR's.

Question, ending digits are 77. Is it okay if I already go to Crame for change of ownership then proceed to LTO to register na? I mean this month of June? Help if may experience na kayo. Thanks

you can kill the two birds with one stone.
lto allows one month advance renewal of registration.

My unit was purchased in March 2016 with a conduction sticker ending in 6. Does the 3-year registration expire in March 2019 or June 2018 (basing on the CS)? Wala pa rin plaka.

    Guys I have some questions:

First time doing the registration of my car. Previously it was free 3 years registration from the dealer.

My car Plate ends at 8.
OR/CR shows car is registered on Apr.

During the registration, I was told I need to pay some penalty since the OR/CR shows my car is registered in April but my plate ends with 8. Was asked if I was given a blue receipt when the car plate was pass to us by the dealer 3 years ago. Since it was 3 years ago, i couldnt recall it. Was told if i can produce that, they will be no late fees.

How true is this? Anyone experience this before?

Wow! What a way they like you to pay more.

I don't think you should have any penalties to pay. All I know, regardless of the date, the vehicle was first registered. The law stated, that your renewal vehicle registration, corresponds to what number your plates end, annually. And not to what month your vehicle was first registered.

you will be charged pro rata.
you will be charged the usual one year LTO registration fee, plus 50% more, corresponding to the 6 months between april and october.
    that's all, sir.
the OR? they're computerized already. but having a xerox should make it easier.
bring xerox of the CR, also.
and have a set of EWDs. baka hanapin.
