Good day po!

since last year pa yung sa iyo, kailangan mo na ulit ng smoke test.

its either you have that fixed, or pay the late registration penalty.

marami po tayu mga on call na mekaniko dito sa baguio, or just go to a shop near you then ask for a home service.
it is really much better kung nakacondisyon na rin car mu at dadalhin mu sa lto for stenciling ....., ikaw na pumila sa renewal ng registration. d naman mahirap magrenew dto sa atin, ibigay mu lang sa front desk yung or/cr mu then pupunta yung boy sa car mu para e stencil. pipila na papers mu, itatawag name mu pg magbayad ka na then wait mu na na erelease yung renewed registration mu. bago ka punta lto, dapat dala mu smoke test result (dapat PASSED) + insurance

either you fix the car and have it smoke tested and registered, or you suffer late registration penalty. no ifs or buts.
the penalty isn't really that huge...

In a couple of months, my preowned car is due for renewal. The catch is that the LTO field office is based in Manila, and I reside in Antipolo. Can I have the emission test done in Antipolo or Marikina and head straight to LTO-Manila?
