Dami existing rants/threads regarding traffic attrocities commited by idiot PUV drivers. Only thing left is for PNoy to get his hands dirty and cancel all existing bus franchise, which I doubt he would. MMDA Tolentino and his hare brained half-hearted programs against these bus companies are more PR than anything else. And these don't last very long obviously.

You don't understand PUV driver psychology. They're not blocking private motorists.

The real reason they do that is the longer they can keep everyone else bottled up behind them, the less chance another PUV can overtake them and beat them to the next paying fare. That's all.

its easier said than done, its not only the bus company that will suffer but the riding public as well...its different when you're the on in the position.

a good example is pag nag campaign lahat ng promises gagawin pag nanalo let's say sa presidency, pero pag nakaupo na doon mo pa lang makikita yun actuality ng situation...hinde pala pwede yun promise nun election na aalisin yun tax na ganito or ganyan dahil hinde mag balance ang fiscal ng govt...

that's one of the reason why maraming promises na hinde natutupad mga politicians dahil hinde pa nila alam yun totoon situation not until nanalo na sila at nakaupo na.
