Mga sir, yung latest na registro ng sasakyan namin nawawala (for 2019) Ano kaya pwede gawin? Nilagay lang daw sa compartment pero hindi ko mahanap talaga. Nalaman ko lang na nawawala kasi mag claim ako sa insurance, hindi ko mahanap papers.

i wish to request for a duplicate of my official receipt 2018 (or 2019).
the car is a xxx brand, --- model 2015, silver color.
despite my efforts, i can not find my copy of it.
document is for insurance claim purposes.
attached is a xerox of my CR.

Pagawa mo na sa notary yun format lahat na. Tutal LTO requires notarized document.

wala kang photo copy? next time make it a habit na pagka register.. photo copy agad.. 2 copies isa sa compartment then isa sa records mo kasama nang original..
