get a load of this bullcrap (from inquirer):

    >>"...bus operators yesterday turned sober and appealed for "human compassion"... to convince BF not to include them in this week's traffic coding scheme."

"For once, don't play God and have compassion," Claire dela Fuente, Integrated Metro Bus Operators Association president, said of the MMDA chair."

"We're not guinea pigs that you could easily experiment on anytime you want. Drivers, in particular, are human beings engaged in decent livelihood.

To avoid an imminent clash with traffic enforcers, she said bus drivers "illegally" plying Metro Manila routes today have been instructed to accept violation tickets and compile them for an upcoming lawsuit. <<

grr... what the hell? sino kayang naghahari-harian sa daan with half-full buses waiting idiotically along EDSA, and in the process hogging up three lanes? sino kaya yung most reckless magmaneho? people living in glass houses shouldn't throw stones...

their buses are even the most blatant smoke belchers. point being, why do they always think they can get away with everything? "not guinea pigs that could be experimented on"?? i wonder, then, if private car owners have accepted their position as guinea pigs for years now (since the UUVRP was imposed). not to sound cruel or all that crap, but i say to hell with "human rights" sometimes. sometimes, we just have to do what is practical...[/b]

malamang masyado nang na-apektuhan yung utak nyang Claire dela Fuente na yan sa mga usok ng mga buses nya. ibang klase nang mag-isip. if the bus drivers are "human beings engaged in decent livelihood", dapat iniisip din nila na all people driving private cars are also engaged in decent livelihood, na hindi nila dapat ginigitgit sa daan.

bakit kaya walang tv station na i-dare si Claire dela Funyete na tumayo sa isang lugar in any intersection along EDSA, tapos naka live feed video. tapos dun sya magsalita ng kung anuman ang gusto nyang sabihin.:twisted::evil::twisted:

I'd say if that what she's got on her mind then might as well say it... Don't think it'll make much of a difference to BF anways.

Baggy old hag meets her match and she can't do nothing but whine.

yeah, 90+% ng pollution comes from ill-maintained buses and jeeps, yung mga private vehicles generally clean naman e. but guess who's exempted from emissions regulations... and guess who's paying for the testing...

btw, ano bang nangyari dun sa PUV coding? was traffic lighter, heavier, or what?

IMO, kung ibabalik ang coding, ok lang, if that's the only reason to decongest the traffic pero dapat both private and public vehicles kasali, and about the emission testing if the governemnt is sincere to save our environment wala na dapat postponment sa PUV, and parang nangyayari double standard, yun seat belt pa lang I could still see a lot of PUV especially jeepneys, without them,

hehehe... i also watched an episode interviewing the president (?) of fejodap.... before the color coding was removed for 3 weeks... sabi nya.. baket daw tatanggalin?.. mag iistrike daw sila para nde tanggalin... kasi daw dadami ang mga jeeps sa daan... at eto ang clincher....

Here is Mr. Fernando (together with the rest of us), trying to solve the traffic problem, and they (operators) don't give a damn especially if they will be affected by the resolution.

Let's be thankful to BF for his pioneering works.

Worse I nudge those jeeps with my bumper.

Those damn PUV's are the reason I always get a large vehicle.

Nainis talaga ako, inunahan ko tapos ibilagbag ko yung Pajero sa harap niya in the middle of the road. Nung bumaba ako to confront him wala namang masabi.

Hehehe. I like the look on their faces when they realize na hindi sila makakababa. Hahaha. Tapos sabay mura sa gagong drayber.
