mga sir good day, sino po meron copy nung "NO Plate, No Travel" policy suspension hindi ko na kasi mahanap yung thread thanks.

i was given one by my SA years ago.. but i can't seem to find it again.. perhaps the casa still hands them out..

I see, thanks dr. d, naka pag DL po kasi ako dito sa tsikot few weeks back kaso na reformat PC ko, and also forgot the thread title and tried searching for it but to know avail.
