To all Tsikot expert!

Is it possible to renew Driving License 3 months ahead of the expiration date? I mean, my license is expiring this coming July. But, because of this Manila Int'l Motorshow next month, I want to go home & watch this show and renew my license at the same time, so that I don't need to take my vacation this coming July.

Please need your info!!

3-months in advance pwede na yata.
If you are from abroad, ipakita mo lang yung return air-ticket, kahit 6-months in advance pwede.

hmm..i beg to differ. ang alam ko nga 2 months before tsaka lang pwede..so i renewed my license about 2 months before my bday..una ayaw tanggapin application ko..sobrang aga pa daw..so balik kami ng 1 month before my bday, so ok na..tinanggap naman pero a few days after ko lang napansin sa resibo ko na mayroon akong penalty fee na binayaran. guess what? LATE RENEWAL PENALTY FEE.

2 months ahead ako kung magparenew ng license. sinasabayan ko na kasi wife ko sa pagrenew. june sya, august pa ako. 2 times ko ng ginawa, tinatanggap naman renewal ko.

tinatanggap nila yun...baka yung tumanggi tinatamad lang mag process.

Ang alam ko, two months before. Pareho ang naging predicament ko last year. I would be away for a few months kaya naisipan ko na i-renew yung license ko mga twelve weeks ahead. Ayaw tanggapin dun sa Meycauayan LTO dahil masyado pa daw maaga. Tried 'dun sa Cubao sa may Farmers, ayaw 'din. I returned mga two to two and a half weeks later, tinanggap 'dun sa Cubao, although I had to explain why I was renewing very early. Mabilis pala dun sa Cubao. Within three hours, nakuha ko na yung plastic license ko.

Meron ka pa ngang discount kapag maaga kang magre-renew to encourage to renew earlier.

Sa San Juan, same day release ng License ID but for other LTO office, as usual 90 days pa rin ang ID.

Nawala ko ung license ko dati 4 months before expiration.. gusto ko magpagawa ng duplicate.. ayaw na nila. Gusto renewal na agad..so okay.

Yun ang sabi sakin.. 4 months ahead pwede na.

pag pinas residents ka 4 months before mag expire pede renew na ata na eavesdrop ko lang ito kahapon ng mag punta ko sa LTO kapitolyo.

anyways kung OFW ka kahit one year before pede provided na pakikita mo ang return tiket mo at copy ng visa sa bansang pupuntahan mo.

Actually, my vacation should be July to renew my License. Since, I haven't watch the Motorshow in Manila long time ago, Im very much excited to attend this coming Motorshow.

sorry guys, don't know which thread to post this...

if the expiration of the license falls on a Sunday, kelan pwede magpa-renew? before or after the expiration?

tsaka pwede ba magpa-drug test a few days before the day of renewal? para di na pipila sa drug testing centers around the lto... haba kasi ng pila.
