I'm planning to upgrade from Non-Pro to Pro mag eexpire na rin kasi license ko iupgrade ko na rin. Pwede ba yun sa mga satellite center like SM Manila? Or kelangan sa Main?

Renewals lang ata sa malls, need pag ganyan is sa LTO mismo not necessarily sa main office.

from what i understand, some penalties are heavier if one's license is pro and not non-pro...

are you planning to drive a commercial vehicle? if not you'd better stick to your current status, just like what Dr. D said, from what i also understand, some penalties are heavier for pro-license holders...
