Have owned an L3Fb for 8 years, I was accosted once for not having the capacity label and not for hire sign before, just explained to the officer that my unit is privately owned and even showed him the CR and OR and pointed to him that it is under a person's name and not a company. He let me go without any apprehension. Just to be safe just have a "Not for Hire" sign visible at both sides.
