Di naman dapat sa age, more on capability.
I'm sure, there are a lot of people twice my age who are more fit/capable/better drivers than me.

yung problema, yung mga basic test pa lang nga e lahat auto-pass...

Bawal na pala mag drive dad ko not because of age but because of his bypass. Try telling that to the Ceres bus line drivers he pwns regularly on the highway :D

He has to watch his BP though so he only drives in Manila during Holy Week

    Galit Dad mo sa Ceres?

    :D

BTT: My Dad is 75. He still drives. Wala sakit sa puso, or any ailment whatsoever, knock on wood.

Living in a farm does have big benefits.

is there really a written policy on heart bypass people prevented from driving motor vehicles?
i have to read the document, to believe it. then i'll contest the wisdom of such.

OT: Challenge accepted lang. Those things are notoriously difficult to overtake on two-lane provincial highways

Sobra! Madalas ko sila makasabay dati nung within Panay island pa lang ang mga biyahe nila (Iloilo-Culasi route) and halos di ko sila ma-overtakean pag 4 wheels ang dala ko kasi mga kups talaga ang mga driver nila that they hog 2 lanes pag may mag a-attempt mag overtake. I only get to overtake them on a regular basis dati pag yung 1986 na Suzuki Katana 750 ang dala ko. I draft behind them para di ako makita then biglaang downshift-overtake and malayo na ang lampas ko bago pa sila makapag-react (sabay bato ng dirty finger).

    BTT:

Looks like lolo can easily afford to hire a driver but he chose not to. Is he trying to prove something? Or maybe he just loves to drive?
