kung galing kang libis, turn right ka dun sa road na paakyat just before the foot of the pasig flyover sa may e.rod. yun yung road papunta sa mga motels. just go straight up derecho until you reach shaw blvd. turn right ka sa shaw tapos pag nakita mo na yung rotonda, to your right is the munispyo. pasok ka dun sa gate and nandun sa loob yung lto office. ask nalang for directions.

After entering the Pasig Municipal grounds. Drive 'til the end of the asphalt road, turning left is the only way. Find yourself a parking lot. (laki ng vaccant lot nito). Then you'll see the LTO-PNP/TMG sign. Paglapit ng auto mo dun may pupunta na sayong mga alipores. Then they would ask what you plan to do. Bargaining the right price for their labor. Then after filling the form labas ka ulit para bayaran sa Land Bank yung transaction, then balik ulit sa loob. (better bring a bike or a scooter para mas mabilis). :D

ingat ka dun , maraming fixers dun na manloloko. I was once a victim by a tomboy fixer named Susan. Mataba sya na maliit. Itinakbo nya papers ko including the money. But fortuantely, she was caught by the Capitolyo police although only half of my money was returned. What important is , I was able to retrieve my papers back.
