HPG starts managing traffic in EDSA effective September 7 2015

Didn't notice any improvement ni traffic this morning, but the bus was definitely spooked. Nasagi pa yung isang pasahero trying to get on as the light turned green.

i liked that they made the cops wear neon yellow vests

Dapat lahat ganito. The police must be visible. Unlike the Manila/Taguig police who wear dark colors para makatago bago manghuli...
