This is what I've been hoping.

Hitting 3 birds in 1 stone.

Solved the traffic mess, increase govt earnings and lower individual income tax.

With higher income from oil cos they can now offset the loss of lowering individual income tax.

Meron pa pala na solve, na phase out na mga PUJ. Dahil hinde na nila kaya fuel price. Then the additional income for will get from higher taxes, Use it take over operation of public transport.

Taxed the oil companies heavily to reflect market price of P100/liter.

    Sarap siguro mag drive.

I like the way you think, bro...

Puwede bang magdagdag (additional revenue ito sa gobyerno)
    > Fines of at least P20,000 for traffic violations!

Agree with these solutions which i have in mind all along. Para din mawala na yung mga nagkukunwari lang, yung may kaya lang ang may karapatan. Wala kang kaya, mag public transport o maglakad ka. But public transport should get cheaper gas para hindi tumaas ang pamasahe. On the same note, dapat babaan din ang kuryente.

As a rider most of the week no problem sa traffic - ulan araw i use my scoot, imagine driving your car without traffic - mas mabilis pa dun
Danger? riding or driving it's always there but most of the time and as much as i can nasa kamay ko kahihinatnan ko...

Taas nila to the max and gaso Blaze/Super Premium from small players pa rin gamit ko

Kaya lang kawawa mga commuters ...

I was shocked last night. EDSA at 9pm was like EDSA at 9pm ages ago... It was running free and fast from Makati all the way to Guadalupe. I almost cried.

It's good the Provincial Buses Stop / Unloading located at EDSA East/Timog is closed. Hope it would ease traffic in that area.

Noticed this on EDSA - Shaw this morning. A couple of buses did the usual stop on two lanes and they already caused a back-up with the HPG just standing, and looking. Imagine, just two buses and they already caused a back-up of traffic to start.
