How's traffic in c5 now that uturn slots have been replaced by traffic lights?

Everytime i pass that, minumura ko si BF. :D

Two days and the traffic in the evening going home seems to be flowing better when i look at the time it takes me. However, i did notice on the opposite (southbound) lane that the build-up of cars going turning to Eastwood seem to back up.

The light probably needs some tweaking.

Closing of Uturns benifit mostly the northbound lane since those barriers covering the previous uturn slots were now free lanes.

Lalo na yung isang elevated U-turn na papuntang southbound wala naman gumagamit nun e aksaya lang sa space kaya laging may bottleneck at singitan dyan. Yung pa northbound yes madami gumagamit nun...

Sobrang traffic sa Lanuza drive going to c5. Same with greenmeadows going to c5.

Gago kasi yan bayani Fernando na yan eh! Ginaya daw sa Thailand eh doon gumawa ng bagong lanes for the elevated u-turns hinde kumuha ng existing lanes...

My northbound route yesterday at 1PM was faster. Good job so far.

What I noticed so far is if one doesn't have to turn left mabilis na sya. It's the left turns that cause issues. It's either habaan nila ang intervals ng left turns or mag-aadjust ang route ng mga drivers to compensate.

May timer yung nakita ko C5 NB Lanuza intersection. Dalawa pa, isa for the left turn then one para sa pa-straight.

Passed by there 130pm from katipunan to fort. Took me 30mins. I like it better.

FTW para sa akin. Making excellent time from UP Diliman to Bagong Ilog. Problema na lang talaga yung Ateneo part.

Day 3, still couldn't push to C5 from Marcos. I could say it got better, as I can get to work just around 8AM. Traffic in Calle Industria is becoming the norm now.

Monday is definitely the acid test. We'll see that next week.

I noticed that Roads leading to c5 or even edsa are calibrated to be slower in order to somehow make traffic on c5 or edsa a little quicker. Parang conspiracy theory ko lang, kasi ang mmda responsable sa c5 at edsa lang kaya yung ibang kalye eh wala sila pakialam kung mabagal mga to.

Problema na lang talaga yung Ateneo part.

I leave Taguig 7:30AM. Pagdating ko Katipunan usually maluwag na.

If coding via EDSA na ako. Kasagsagan yan ng trafik sa Katipunan.

Pauwi maluwag na. Mas mabagal pa ang Libis flyover to Calle.

Green Meadows counter is operating as of today.

Daming hinuhuli na motor na wala sa blue lane.

Totoo to? Sa wakas! Ang pinaka nakakainis kasi yung mga motor na nasa fast inner lane na nangingitlog sa bagal pag rekta na ang takbo. At nagtatahi naman sa pagsingit singit pag mabagal ang takbo. Ayos yan nanghuhuli sana magtuloy tuloy.

Left the Fort around 6:10pm kanina, by 6:25pm I was already at C5/Greenmeadows Ave intersection, kaya lang badtrip yung mga MMDA blue boys, pinangunahan na naman ang stoplight, di ko maintindihin bakit pinatigil yung sa opposite lane (C5 Southbound) eh wala naman abala sa harap, tapos yung galing Greenmeadows Ave. pilit na pinaliliko towards Esatwood area kahit medyo masikip na. Dapat kasi huwag na pakialamanan ng mga blue boys ang takbo ng stoplight, hayaan na lang na stoplight ang mag dikta.

5 minutes lang pagitan natin. Umalis ako Fort area 6:05 and nasa Green Meadows ako mga 6:20. Abot sana ako sa left turn may Civic nga lang at Swift na sabay atang nakatulog sa unahan. 10 secs di gumagalaw ang dalawang gunggong eh 15 secs lang ang left turn. Hintay tuloy ng 2 minutes uli.

Wala naman akong napansin na ni-override na stop light. Baka may artistang dumaan
