    gud am to all. i wanna to buy 2nd hand car how and where to check that the car is not carnapped?. what necessary papers do i bring.

    i think yo can ask for a print out from pnp/lto clearance section or you can try inquiring via SMS type - LTO VEHICLE <Plate#> send it to 2600

    Check the car with the Traffic Management Group (TMG) offices, Camp Crame and Camp Karingal in QC could provide you if your intended purchase is a hot car or not.
