This question boggles my mind and i cant find it in the forums.

Is there any LEGAL way to be exempted from coding being implemented in any city including the ones that have no window hours like makati?

(Except Window Hours and Get a Medical Doctor degree :D)

I think you can get the excuse letter. But it would be only good for a month before you need to get a new one.

Avoid coding by getting a "coding" car.

Get elected to congress to get the "8" plate

AFAIK, it is free of charge, if you have legitimate official function. Besides it should be renewed every 30 days and you can use it only 4 days in month.

Kung makakakuha kayo ng may bayad baka illegal din yan. kung P250/week para ka na ring nagbayad ng advanced coding ticket.

i personally talked to MAPSA director San Miguel and he gave me these figures. I was led to him by MMDA and LTO, so unless they're all so cheap who would compromise their position for a measly 250, they gave the correct figures.

If you say it is legal then so be it, that's why I said to my post "baka illegal". Go get it.

If it is P250/week then para ka na ring nagbayad ng coding apprehension ticket/week

May siste pa yang mga MAPSA, from experience di nila ino-honor yung Courtesy Pass na di galing sa MAPSA right away, kaya they would sometime verify it pa, same is true when you got MAPSA coding pass, questionable din sa ibang traffic enforcer outside Makati.

BTW, I have Courtesy Pass and it's free inline with official functions.

Eto tip lang, sa tagal ko ng tumatakbo sa kalye during coding days, once in every 2 months lang yata ako nasisita kahit sa EDSA at Makati pa. So the chances of getting apprehended for coding is very nil.

meron ako nakuha pero hindi ata applicable sa Makati... its 100 or 150 pesos good for 3months... This is legal kasi may official receipt from the government. Pero palakasan ang pagkuha sa MMDA.. Dapat may kilala ka...

I suggest to ask a lawyer than those LTO or MMDA since I don't really trust them in general

How to be exempt from "Coding"
