i have a ptz camera in the garage. has IR LEDs and IR cut filter so it has decent day/night capability

both cars have dark tints. but under infrared you don't have privacy at all

Daming philosopher sa MMDA bro. How would slowing down cars improve traffic? If anything, drivers here follow too slowly. Too many times I've missed a green light because someone fell asleep at a stoplight. Tapos ang babagal mag accelerate. In a lot of countries drivers accelerate sharply from a stop.

Isa pa yan. Di ko alam bakit yung ibang driver takot apakan yung accelerator pedal kapag nag green yung stoplight. Even worse, marami motorsiklo at bisikleta andun sa harapan tapos ang kukupad din umarangkada.
