i have a ptz camera in the garage. has IR LEDs and IR cut filter so it has decent day/night capability

both cars have dark tints. but under infrared you don't have privacy at all

Traffic in edsa is at its worst when they implement the hov lane, along with restricting private cars on yellow lane. Sayang ang dalawa o tatlong lane na hindi na fully utilized.

i used to have a sony video cam w/ night mode which disengages the IR cut and turns on an IR beam. great for blair witch project -type videos

so those who like doing car $ex under false security of a super dark tint, beware
