Good Mownen po salahat, New bie po, makiki jump IN...

Sa experience ko po at through my know how. I could share this a little bit po ah...

I don't want to say na ako naka banga but the facts are as follows;

Pa right turn napo ako, tapos may humarurot na sasakyan and my side bumper hit his right side door, kasi nag swerving kasi sya sa right lane ko in the intersection.

My defensed po because we went to the FISCAL nag file sya nang complaints, kasi sabi nang MOKUNG na TRAFIC INFORCER sa Police Station kasalanan ko daw, eh I beg to dis agree.

My defensed in the Fiscals Complaint "ANSWER" is that under the Revised Vehicle Law Sec. 59 " Road Right of Way " and the doctrine of Last Clear Chance. Yun, mga 4 pages lang po na ANSWER submitted to the Fiscal.

And wahla! the Complainant decide to file an affidavit of Desistance with apology to me and to dismiss the case. Sa settlement ako nalang nagbayad sa damage nang bumper ko which is INSURED naman.

Sakanya sya yung bumayad sa file nang complaint, damage nang sasakyan nya at sa pag file sa Affidavit of Desistance.

Complaints Dismiss. The point is it depends to the kind and the way the accident happens. If you know how to depend it, will the case will surely be in your side. Kaso lang nga ABALA kapa and gagastos karin.
