Just passed through heavy traffic along Edsa.... It took almost 2 hours to get from Ortigas Edsa to Greenbelt. May malaking fire at the Laperal compund near San Carlos seminary ba yun. Traffic is tied up and even firetrucks have difficulty passingthrough the gridlock. Firestarted at noon and as ofa few minutes ago, it's still goingon. Even northbound isaffected, sobetter use alternate routes instead of Edsa.

these squatters take over land that is not their own, endanger their lives, and turn to the gov't for support as if it is the gov't's sole responsibility to take care of them

    paulit-ulit na lang. . .

dapat talaga ang binibigyan lang ng right to vote e yung mga legitimate residents na nagbabayad ng buwis para di na protektahan ng mga pulitiko ang mga squatters

The Bureau of Fire Protection raised the “general alarm” over Guadalupe, Makati due to a fire.

As of 11:55 a.m. today, the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA), through their CCTV cameras, was monitoring the fire that broke out at the Laperal Compound in Barangay Guadalupe Viejo, Makati. Officials said fire trucks were immediately deployed to the affected area and traffic was redirected.

An MMDA official reported that the fire trucks initially faced obstructions due to jeepneys on the road. He said that the jeepneys had to be towed away to clear the roads for the fire trucks.

The Makati Command Control and Communications department said they are receiving reports of minor injuries due to the fire. No casualties have been confirmed.

As of this writing, there is still no confirmed cause of the fire, pending the investigation of the authorities. The “general alarm” status remained unchanged from up until 2 p.m. today.

Meanwhile, the MMDA advised motorists to take alternate routes, especially if they passing though the southbound lane of EDSA near Guadalupe.

For sure madaming holdapers, snatchers at rapist sa area na yan.

Mahirap na magsalita but these SQUATTERS, they don't deserve to be given a temporary shelter.
