gaano ka na katagal hindi nahuhuli?

Since i started driving:

Hulidap: 2 times.
- Traffic and naabutan ako ng red light at ng bwaya sa gitna ng EDSA and P. Tuazon intersection.
- Second time was for allegedly "swerving" from the 3rd lane of EDSA to the 2nd lane to merge under the Santolan flyover (with matching signal light). Both times, introducing my connections got me off (since obviously hulidap naman).

Real Violation: 2 times also.
- The first, i really did not see that the light turned red as we crossed with heavy traffic due to a truck blocking my view but thankfully the police officer at the Fort let me off with a warning after a sincere explanation.
- Second time, at the intersection in Subic after the Yacht Club. Its a two lane road and i was on the left lane, and at the last minute, decided to go straight instead of the turning left when the stoplight turned green (I did not see the road marking on the left lane being for left turn only). I had to pay the P 200 fine when i left Subic.

All these were more than 5 years ago. Hopefully wala na.

Since I started driving, 2 instances. 2002 no helmet violation sa MC. Dec 2011 lang, illegal parking. hehe.

Paid P150 each.

sa 28 years kong nagmamaneho, dalawang beses lang.
una ay nung 1985 sa recto, stoplight bago mag-UE, beating the red light, P50 hiningi ng pulis.
pangalawa mid-90s, dito sa madison-ortigas, no right turn on red signal, ticket nakuha ko sa tapat na san juan enforcer.

Thank God I was never issued a ticket pa for a violation for the last 14 years. Pero just this tuesday, first huli ko for driving without a plate. Hindi tinanggap yung invoice from the dealer with adjusted date. Hindi daw valid yun. Di na ako nakipagtalo. Hindi ko naman kasi sure kung legal ba talaga yun or hindi.

The same thing happens also to me exactly, did your DL confiscated immediately?

After crossing, the Two TE flagged me down and ask for my DL, after showing my DL, binalik din, tapos hiningi yung visitors pass and write a note, he gets his radio at tinimbre yung plate no. ko sa lahat ng exit, ( nung time na yun palabas na din kami hanap na ng exit ) naka pila na ako pa exit habang one by one nagchecheck sila ng pass that time there are two exit booth pero close yung isa, pang apat na ako sa pila ng biglang nag open yung isang booth then bigla ako nag change lane ako yung nauna, yung TE sa booth nawala ata sa sarili, nakalimutan hingin yung visitors pass nakalabas ako.

Magkaiba talaga ang TE sa subic at manila, hindi ka pwedeng makipag usap or bumaba ng sasakyan habang nag iisue sila tiket

hindi pa naman ako natiketan kahit minsan..

pero one time pinara ako ng enforcer ng pasig kasi patay ung isang ilaw sa harapan.. pero hindi pa rin ako natiketan , pinakiusapan na lang ng maayos

ingat lang doon sa EDSA southbound from EDSA-Ayala Ave. going to Pasong Tamo. Pag maaga ka pumasok sa lane, bus lane ang violation. pag nahuli ka naman pumasok sa lane, swerving ang violation.

If i recall correctly, they did not confiscate my DL and sandali lang yung pagbayad ko sa exit.

My friend said that they also give warnings kung napakiusapan mo ng maayos and justifiable yung palusot mo.

As long as hindi solid line or more than two lanes in one move ang tinawiran mo, and kung nakasignal ka at wala kang naabala or na-cut, hindi ka dapat hulihin. Kalokohan talaga yang swerving violation na yan.

Is there any violation such as "Swerving"? if there is anong violation code kaya nyan?

usually yung mga hinuhuli kuno ng swerving eh hindi naman swerving nakalagay. minsan disregarding road/traffic signs, na hindi na napapansin ng driver na hinuli yung ticket. at hindi din nila nache-check kung meron ba talagang road/traffic signs na na-disregard.

Sorry po sa OT, pero may question po ako. Pag solid yellow na linya diba bawal mag change lane (sabihin na natin sa kaliwa or kanan). Pag solid na white (sabihin na natin sa left or right) bawal din ba?
