Encumbered CR (Xerox) orig OR

Paano po procedure una ko pong gawin ?
2nd owner ako ng car xerox cr lang meron ako encumbered pa siya pero kompleto ko lahat ng supportive docs.
balak ko kasi mag duplicate ng cr , need pba ng orig cr para mapatnggal ko un encumbered sa papel e xerox lng po?

i wouldn't know where to start.
but seeing as the car is mortgaged to the bank, i imagine going to the bank would be a good move. we have to let them know that we bought a car mortrgaged to them... they will probably know what to do next.

addendum: heyyy! you also posted at the other thread! their responses there are better than mine.
