Guys, I just had my Beetle registered last Monday. Nagkakagulo sa LTO Marikina because "No EWD-No sticker" was implemented after lunch time. I was not bothered since I have an EWD. But when I was about to claim my stickers, they asked me to bring-out my EWD from its case. So nagtaka ako. Ano akala nila, walang laman yung hawak ko. When I opened the zipper and showed half of the EWD showing him the red and the yellow one, the guy insisted na ilabas ko daw lahat. So nilabas ko na . . .

Guess what, di approved! 1 pair din, one red and one yellow. Actually may resibo pa at may sticker na LTO approved! Kaso meron daw bagong memo sa kanila about the new specs. Hindi na pwede yung basta EWD particularly those with red/yellow stickers or paint.

 Grrrrrr . . . another new source of graft and corruption after the emission tests! WHY??? Because the head of the LTO Marikina branch showed me a list of 3 accredited manufacturers of EWD. (pati ba naman sa EWD ! )

Syempre di ako nagpaloko. So I went home to get my Sentra's EWD. Buti nalang approved and I got the stickers na.

Sa San Juan LTO daw kasi, nagbebenta sila ng EWD with matching stickers that you will stick on your windshield.

Buti na lang P25 lang, i think they are scrapping the green and red plastic cases for Non-pro and Non pro licenses.

For guys who are looking for a good & reputable Emission Testing Center sa Marikina, kaoopen lang ng Emission Testing Center located at Express Lube (A. M. Pacleb Enterprises.), 195 Gil Fernando Ave., Sta. Elena, Marikina City (formerly A. Tuazon Ave.) with operating hours from 8:30am to 5:30pm. Authorization number: N-2003-03 (Authorized by DOTC, LTO and DTI). Kasama ko dati sa Singles for Christ yung owner niyan namely sina Tommy and Cherry Pacleb.
