depende na din yan kung saan lto branch/lto official. ako last day of the month nagparegister plate ending 3, wala naman binigay na penalty. para wala ng hassle huwag mo ng paabutin ng last week of the month.



Hindi ko napansin nagmamadali ako kanina yung stencil ginamitan ng scotch tape, e nasita na ako dati sa lto na bawal ito. hassle papaulit ko pa ito.

456- 2nd week of the registration month

78- 3rd week

90- 4th week

Example: My plate number is 692, then I could still register on the 4th week without the minimum penalty for late registration.

My Mazda and Vios whose plate numbers were 345 and 248 respectively, should be register on the 2nd week of the registration month. You may wanna confirm this info from LTO, if you wanna be sure.
