i think you better visit their office so that they can check your e-pass tag. sa akin naman ang problem ko...minsan may mga e-pass lanes na either di nakaka-detect gaano ng e-pass tags or minsan naman yellow light (low bal) sa point of entry, tapos pag dating mo sa exit red na.
