Bad trip to, consumer ang naiipit sa dealer at LTO. Ano ba parusa dito? Kuha lisensya? Batak sasakyan? Sana may ma tyempuhan silang politiko o big time. Para may umaksyon. Pag regular na mamamayan kasi di nabibigyang pansin.

Impose a penalty on dealers who fail to file the paperwork within 10 working days after date of sale. That will eliminate the issue of dealers not processing the paperwork in time.

Same thing here, I called my SA hinde pa rin nila daw natatanggap ung memo about this policy. If that happens they will ask me to drop by and stamp my Sales Invoice with a note.

I think pwede ka mag travel if the invoice is not more than seven days. So if ganito they will give you invoice na good for many months.

Btw, narelease ang plate and or/cr ko ng end of sept.

Kung totoo man na ang fault lies with the dealer, dapat ang ipenalize nila is yung dealer and not the owner. Lakihan nila penalty sa dealer para madala at on time na mag submit ng papers for registration. Bottom line nito both parties are at fault eh, dealer and LTO, not the owner as wala naman siguro owner would want to drive a non-registered vehicle, di ba?

Would that be enough?

When i googled about this i saw an article that said nov. 10 ang implementation. This was an interview with a DOTC official. does anyone have a dotc or lto circular about this?

I believe the dealers aren't the ones at fault here.
Unless all dealers of different brand manufacturers are at fault and the single government office (LTO) is right?

February pa yung auto ko. Pero till now, wala pa din daw plate.
