i have been renewing my licencia from the same LTO branch ever since i can remember...
... well, except once... special circumstances, kasi.

Yes. Funny pa because I was asked if I wanted to change my photo. I said yes because I looked fugly in my old photo. I was quite happy with my new photo but when they printed it black and white na malabo pa. At least it's 10 yrs na. I'll be in my 50s when I renew again OMG!
