Renewing will be done online na right? Will be renewing na my license this month. So I logged in to the LTO portal & typed in my information, & was surprised when it said that my license number is already registered. I don't think i have registered yet. So I typed in my usual passwords but nothing worked. I clicked on forgot password & it said it sent an email has been sent to change password. Checked both inbox & spam, both wala. Been trying for a couple of days na & still nada. Anyone else also experience this?

Try mo create new account using your usual email address. You can add your license and cars there.

I did but when I input my license number, it says it is already registered daw so can't make a new one.

I forgot that my license expires this year Last time I renewed was at Tiendesitas but I don't know if they still have an office there. Mabilis lang ba sa Link? How come my friend renewed at Robinson's Las Pinas, he did not take any test daw?

I renewed my DL earlier this year at The Link. I arrived early (6:30-ish) so parking was still pretty plenty and I was first in line at LTO.

I have taken the exam online in advance and printed out a copy of the certificate. They took that and asked me to login to my LTMS account onsite to validate my certificate. You will also need to go through the medical clearance at their authorized clinic (just next door to LTO). I think it took me just around half an hour to an hour. But back then, I only received a printout license and had to come back about a month later to pick up my card.

There is still a license renewal center at Tiendesitas. They just transferred their office to a new location at the sub level parking area.

Even if that was so, do you want to go all the way to Las Pinas? Madali lang naman yung online exam. You can even look up the answers online if you take the test at home. Sa palagay ko, wala ring saysay because even if you fail, you can just take the exam over and over again until you receive a passing score.

During my renewal, I took the exam online as well. Yung naiba naman sa akin, they took the certificate, but didn't ask me to login on my LTMS account anymore. The whole process, including medical took around an hour or so (I went first thing in the morning on a weekday). I got the card naman kaagad, pero feeling ko parang poor quality yung plastic. Well at least, that's something I won't have to worry about for the next ten years or so.

Sino nag asikaso sa license nyo before?
Ma inquire mo ata to sa LTO, pa check lang why registered na yung license number nyo.
If through fixer yun, malamang account email yun ng fixer.

Walang fixer. Ako mismo nagrernew ng license ko. Anyway, just to give an update, I went to the LTO & they printed out a new password for me to use (since walang dumadating na email to reset) so I could access the LTO Portal na.
