    What's the procedure pag matagal na walang license? My mom wants to re-activate her license because my dad recently underwent surgery, but her license hasn't been valid since 2007. Not even sure if she still has the card but we do have a scan of it sa computer.

    Parang new license na 'to diba?

    Yes exam and practical driving test ulit + penalty.
