Delinquent License
Non-Professional License Delinquent (more than 2 years to 10 years expired)
Requirements :
1. Expired Driver's License
2. Duly accomplished Application Form.
3. Medical Certificate (from an LTO accredited or Government Physician) or valid AFP/PNP organic personnel ID.
4. Negative drug test result (from a DOH accredited drug testing center).
5. Must have passed the written and practical examination.

8-5 yung sa ayala i think pero yung sa farmers 10 am bukas(sabay sila sa mall hours).

mabilis na po ang proseso ngayon sa LTO, wag na tayong dumaan sa fixer, ung charge nila na 2,200 at puwede daw tawaran to 1500 pa ah overkill. ang total expenses ko nung nag renew ako, take note 3 years expired, around 800 pesos lang, inclusive of 60 pesos rent ng car for practical exam.

madami ang tao sa LTO kaya it took me the whole day, 7 hours before i got the OR and plastic. pero sulit na din kasi nga 3 years expired na, as for the written exam, kung ano ang naka lagay sa reviewer - they will provide the reviewer - ung din ang ilalagay sa exam, verbatim pa nga eh.

hindi mahirap ang exam and to my opinion kung papasa ka sa exam then you're worthy to drive, kaya magulo ang kalsada natin kasi daming dumadaan sa illegal eh, mga hindi dapat magmaneho nakakapagmaneho dahil sa mga fixers within and outside of LTO.

kaka renew ko lang ng license last January 23 sa LTO sa Ayala MRT. Inorasan ko, 45 minutes kuha ko yung card. Mabilis lang and courteous yung staff unlike dun sa LTO sa Marikina na parang utang ng loob mo pa sa kanila i process yung renewal mo.

Apply for a new license na lang sir, from the start siguro. but not sure kung need mu pa kumuha ng student permit. inquire ka na lang muna sa LTO
