hi guys,just want to ask for your opinions or whatever you have on this one,i have been a law abiding citizen since the day i took my oath as a government employee,i have 2 cars with the same plate number ending so as a law abiding citizen i secured a mmda uvvrp exemption certificate so for us to use the other car, but i have been seeing exemption certificate coming from the DOTC is this for real or gawa gawa lng ng iba, txs
