Sad state of affairs in our country....

They delegate power to those who fall short on the level of faculty required to implement the law properly and consistently.... They should professionalize their ranks!

Taga-MMDA ba nag-issue nito, or some municipal traffic aide? AFAIK, MMDA traffic enforcers are required to have attained at least college-level education.

I believe there was a time when they only accepted college-level new applicants. I don't know if this is still true, but their hold-over personnel from before even inlcluded MM aide street cleaners.

Natawa din ako sa sulat nung apprehending officer.

But as an afterthought, mukhang honest yung officer. Tinuluyang tiketan yung driver eh.

Or bagito at idealistic pa? or hindi sila nagkasundo sa lagay? or talagang tapat sya sa trabaho nya?

I'd like to believe that he is incorruptible and true to his duty sya.

A brand new traffic violation
