Guys, diba when you haven't received your car's plate numbers yet, the basis for the number coding system is your vehicle's conduction sticker where they follow the last number.

My question is: Do all cities and municipalities follow this? Since from stories being told, Makati lang ata gumagawa nito eh. Any comments or clarifications on the matter?

I see. Haha, kung ganun I'll roam around during my "supposed" coding days. So far, out of 3 tries sa Quezon City area di pa naman ako hinuhuli eh. So maybe only Makati implements this.

actually, they all should use the conduction sticker if the plate is not yet available. but i think very few actually know this..

I don't think this is a good idea, especially now that there are CCTV's along major roads. Who knows you might get a ticket issued and sent to your place once you already received your plate number, hassle.

afaik, wala na ung "no confrontation" ticketing policy.....meron dito na tsikoteer nag file ng case dapat class suit kaso wala gusto sumama o pumansin man lang pero nag benefit lahat kasi nanalo siya . pinapatigil na ng SC un ganun policy.

The MMDA still enforces the "No Contact Apprehension", I'm not so sure if there is a SC ruling about this, but when you renew your registration and you have this kind of apprehension, then you can't renew, you got no choice but to go to the MMDA to clarify the infraction and then you go through the hassle. I've just renew my registration and one guy was not allowed to renew because of this "No Contact Apprehension."

If your car is coding even though you only sport a conduction sticker then don't use your car unless it's really an emergency, why risk getting caught?
