June 19th, 2015 08:56 PM #1I am on the market for a 2nd hand Corolla GLi Bigbody .. Is it not safe to buy if the CR is not yet computerized (still type written), I mean for a car this old ??
I saw a 1996 GLi but the CR is not yet computerized issued in 2002, I also saw a 1994 GLi but the CR was computerized issued on 2008 ...
Nalilito na ako .. Bakit nka computerized na yung CR ng 1994 GLi while type written pa yung 1996 GLi .. Both units naman ang nka renew ng registration last year 2014 ..
When did the computerization of OR & CR began in LTO ?? Nung implementation ng computerization of OR CR ba ay nag require din ba ang LTO na lahat ng lumang CR ay kailangan ipa convert to computerized ????
Or kaya lang ba na computerized ang mga old models ng cars kasi nabenta sa bagong owner, ngpa change of ownership at computerized na ang binigay sa 2nd owner .. ok lang ba yung mga original owner ng old model cars na patuloy lang hindi computerized ang CR nila kahit computerized na ang OR kasi updated registration naman ?? Or kailangan talagang ipa computerized lahat ng old CR ??

As long nasa database nila yung CR it doesn't matter if it is typewritten or computerized printed out. They don't require you to change your old typewritten CR to a new one.
Puwede i try, 1. Palit air filter 2. Linis throttle body 3. Linis MAF sensor 4. Check spark...
high idle RPM at engine start
