    University of the Philippines Centennial Commemorative Car Plates now available.

    validity is until July 31, 2008 <although UP Alumni Assoc is working on a six month extension>

    duly authorized and approved by LTO and DOTC

    limited to 3000 plates nationwide

    it's a limited run of 3000 plates so they decided not to have personalized plates.

    Nakakita na ako kanina ng LTO Commplate. Hindi ako nagagandahan sa pagkagawa, very low quality. Ang nakita ko puro numbers ang nakalagay, pwede ba letters sa LTO plates? And up to July 2008 nalang ang validity, so mga less than 11months nalang magagamit.
