    Nakuha ko yung LTO Anniversary. I paid P1,100.00. Makuha ko sya sa Tuesday.

    tanong ko lang, next year kaya yun pa ding may monumento ni rizal ang plate number o magpapalit na? sagwa kasi nung may monumento...Nung una akala ko putik yung nasa gitna nung plate number.

    if you mean personalized = comemmorative, yes pwede. prices range from P1,100 to less than P2,000, depending kung anong klaseng comemmorative plate.

    kung yung regular plates na 3 letters and 3 numbers, pwede rin, pero ma hassle. you have to present valid reasons for changing your plate number sa LTO, like candidate ka for kidnapping, threat on your life, etc. wala akong idea sa price dito.

    Php 25,000 kung kilala mo ang fixer na mag lalakad sa crame ng mga papers.

    tama si boybi, pinapirma lang ako ng affidavit na may death threat sa akin tapos stencil ng chassis at engine numbers ng civic ko. kelangan dala mo sa crame yung oto mo. wala pang isang oras umalis na kami ng crame. after three weeks inaabot na sa akin ng fixer yung bagong plate na request ko na triple 5
