fyi, commemorative plates have validity periods, they are not permanent

ha ha ha! ek ek lang yung death threat para ma kapag palit ng bagong plaka :D

kung hindi naman personalized yung plate na gusto from LTO eh mura din naman, yung persyo lang sa OR/CR babayaran mo kaya nga lang hassle nga lang ang pag lalakad nyan. ang pinakamahirap pa approved dyan ay yung death threat kapag hindi kilala sa loob ng crame ang lalakad ng papers mo.

If you want your original LTO plate replaced you have to pay around 20K for it. Ford EDSA did ours. I'm pretty sure they will do yours (for the right price of course). Kumbaga, sila ang fixer. hehehehe.
