No offense meant sa mga naglalagay..or sapilitang umiiwas kahit na may 10am-3pm window...I know it would raise some eyebrows...Just curious:confused:

hindi iwas coding mga yan. pantakas sa coding would be the more appropriate term kasi dinadaan sa sindak sa mga mmda, police, etc.

ok, eto ang opinion ko dyan. all of the above were good as long as legal. pero, it doesn't necessarily mean na lahat nang gumagamit nito e legal nga talaga. anyway,do you know that meron tayong sanction regarding the use of license plates? ang problema lang wala kasin g nang huhuli e. tanggapin mo na lang na sa pilipinas, hanga't di ka nahuhuli e legal yun.

Read more info on past commemorative plate threads, we have been telling everyone that those comm plates are not coding exempted.

Comm plates are supposed to be placed infront super imposing LTO plates.

While VLP (vanity plates) are supposed to be placed at the back also super imposing the rear LTO plates.

Congressman (8) plates are placed infront just the same as comm plates. But these are not readily available for citizens like me/us. Unless I have the vehicle registered thru the congressman's list of assets.

I don't really care on what effects it has on coding. I just like collecting license plates.

I stand corrected sir MM, Oonga at nasa harap talaga yung comm plates.

So do you mean to say sir Ungas na its the responsibility of the users (motorist) to impose a self-discipline ng hindi pag-gamit ng kotse niya if coding day even if he knows he will surely escape the eyes of the traffic enforcers (La naman mang huhuli sa yo sa likod ang tingin unless naka motorcycle)? I wonder if one will not be tempted with the convenience of his car versus the "self-discipline"? I must admit, I will choose my car :speechles

My brother used to drive a car with plate #8 and he is not a congressman, he was close to a certain congressman. Pero isn't it that congressmen are entitled to only one #8 plate (yung official ride lang nila)...kase napansin ko, di lang isa ang number #8 nila, lahat ng kotse nila meron, pati yung mga aides eh meron din...mmmp:confused:

Anyway, I hope the use of comm / vanity plates serves its purpose at hindi lang sana pang iwas coding. Napansin ko lang kase that motorist are willing to shed more bucks dito.

Pero it is up to themselves and to the authorities to regulate its use.

There is nothing inherently bad about commemorative plates.

It's on their own discretion if they insist on using the vehicle on its coding day/hours. Kahit naman walang comm plates or VLP may nakikita akong gumagala on their ban hours. So having comm plates have nothing to do with it.

Afaik, congressmen are entitled to list 3 vehicles under their name.

Kung sabagay, kahit walang comm plates eh dami din naman violators, so it sums up as saying: Nasa tao ang Disiplina....

korek!!! at least ako kahit naka comm plate e nilalabas ko lang ito within the window period lang pag coding .. before 7am.. then 10am to 3pm.. and after 7pm.. minsan nilalabas ko in coding time pero within the vicinity of the barangay lang.. wala pa rin ako naperwisyong ibang tao..

comm / vanity/ #8 plates: Iwas coding?
