Tamang tama, I need to go to Tagaytay tomorrow kaso coding din ako. From Quezon Ave, balak ko dumaan sa Timog-EDSA-Rosario Flyover-Ortigas-C5-SLEX. Ok po ba ito?

Below are what I know so far about the coding scheme:

    1) Makati and Mandaluyong do not observe the 10 to 3 window
    2) EDSA observes the window every where even in Makati
    3) Pasig do not observe the coding at all so feel free to move around the Ortigas area anytime.

    Unified Vehicular Volume Reduction Program

The MMDA is implementing a Unified Vehicular Volume Reduction Program (UVVRP) to lessen congestion of streets in Metro Manila.

From 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, cars whose license plate numbers end with these digits are restricted:

    Mondays 1 & 2
    Tuesdays 3 & 4
    Wednesdays 5 & 6
    Thursdays 7 & 8
    Fridays 9 & 0
    Exemptions:

Emergency Vehicles - ambulance, fire trucks with permanent markings signifying the vehicles as such Vehicles carrying person/s needing immediate medical attention.
Official Media Vehicles - marked by official logo and name of the firm and supported by valid registration papers.
    Government vehicles (red plates)
Once apprehended, your driver's license will be confiscated and can be redeem after paying a fine of P300.00 at the redemption center indicated on the traffic violation receipt issued.

Window Hours: 10am-3pm except for Makati and Pasay City

Matagal ko ng nasa isip ito e. For example, 3pm na. The intersection in IPI. One going to libis, one to rosario, one to c5 and one to ortigas. May coding ba dun sa may tiendesitas? kasi pasig pa rin yun pero QC pag tawid. pwede kayang kumanan dun papuntang rosario para iwas coding?
