    hey guys!

    does anybody know if the old rule of being able to drive a coded car for the day from 10-3 is still allowed? I have been having discussions with family, friends and drivers and I can't seem to get a majority on the subject. could you guys help me out with the answer?

    yes, you can use a coded car for the day between 10-3 except for makati and i think mandaluyong?

    It's still in effect, except in Makati & Mandaluyong.

    I'm not sure but I think Pasay also took out the 10-3 window.

    To summarize: To be safe, only Mandaluyong, Makati, and Pasay do not have the 10AM to 3PM window. Happy driving!

    Clarify ko lang, about the 10-3 window. Can i pass through EDSA and South Super ( pasay road and buendia portion) during this time? Me nanghuhuli ba dito sa mga areas na to? Thanks in advance.

    basta edsa, kahit makati portion ng edsa, may coding window siya ng 10am-3pm.

    Is Coding Exemption allowed? May nakita kasi ako nakakabit mismo sa gitna ng kanyang front windshield na nakalagay "EXEMPTED".

    ang mandaluyong, meron pa rin yong window na 10am-3pm. dati wala, pero ni-reinstate nila.

    balita ba sa san juan on the 10am-3pm window?

    Hindi na kasama yun.

    The periods between 7am-10am and 3pm-7pm are the only ones considered as rush hours and covered by the coding scheme.

    grabe di din tayo nagkakaisa sa sagot buti nalang wala nag sabi sa manila wala yun window coz I usually go around the manila area anyway hehe... thanks a bunch guys
