I'm not so sure about this but my friend is actually selling me a "House of Representive" plate and asked the advantage of having this kind of plate. He told me you are exempted from coding and if lucky enough..... exempt you from traffic violations when apprehended by traffic enforcer wackos. Is this true?

it's not true. probably, he just wants to have his plate sold immediately. you'll just encounter problems with traffic enforcers all the more because commemorative plates nowadays can only be placed on top of the regular plate. what i mean here is that the regular plate placed on the front bumper should still be visible for traffic aides to see.
