Any update...?
For me, coding scheme should be the last resort.. Can't they think of any more solutions to ease the traffic at Aguinaldo Hi-Way.
Actually, its not really hard to think of a solution. All they need to do is implement existing laws... (bawal sidewalk vendor, tumawid sa tamang tawiran, wag gawin terminal ang kalsada, and so on..)

Matagal pa siguro to. Since they need to atleast put up announcement signages around affected streets 2 weeks before implementation.

For Aguinaldo hi-way, dapat ayusin talaga yung puv caused traffic zones (imus patindig araw, imus rob, imus bdo, imus pldt/711, imus mci/palico, bacoor camella/revilla, bacoor sm/meralco), same yan for both north and south bound, jan sa mga spot na yan madalas nag bbuild up ang traffic dahil sa mga tumatambay na jeep, specially sa off peak hours. Off peak (9am+) hours alis ko sa cavite and ang dami kong nakikitang byaheng zapote or sm na less than 5 ang laman kaya todo babad sila sa mga pickup point. Ultimong patawid palang from other side yung pedestrian todo wagayway na ng signage nila kahit di naman pumapara.

Jan 9-31 , 2017 - dry run. Warnings and getting to know pa lang.
Feb 1, 2017 - start to be effective. May hulihan at ticket na ang violators.

Huli parin sir, window hour lang talaga pwede. Unless makaka hanap ka ng inner streets na pwede mong gamitin as detour during coding hours, pero dapat alam mo rin san nakapwesto yung mga enforcer. [emoji14]

Dagdag campaign funds nanaman to nila gov/mayor and family.

Tinanong ko yung enforcer dun sa may overpass sa may BDO nung isang araw, kasama daw yun sa coding hanggang sa boundary ng carmona-binan. Kung di ka pasok sa window hours, hanap nalang ng ibang detour papuntang slex. Either sa unilab or southwoods.

Anybody knows kung natuloy ba itong number coding ng cavite? I tried to look at the official FB page of the province pero walang updates tungkol dito. Ang dami din nagpopost sa page nila kasi may mga rumors daw na hindi natuloy pero walang nakakasagot.
