Coding in Cavite?

Anybody knows kung natuloy ba itong number coding ng cavite? I tried to look at the official FB page of the province pero walang updates tungkol dito. Ang dami din nagpopost sa page nila kasi may mga rumors daw na hindi natuloy pero walang nakakasagot.

Feb 1 daw strict implementation. But I didn't hear any update after that.
